A stirring and poignant piece has been expertly crafted by Paul Bhasin to be a winning band showcase. Escape was originally written for the University of Maryland graduate brass quintet, and was premiered at the conclusion of McKee’s Masters Degree recital. It is an exciting and invigorating piec, sure to bring the house down. A contrasting middle section adds poignant relief before the flight resumes in epic, cinematic style. For advanced ensembles.
