Set Work for the Ana Amalia Competition, Weimar 2013. The “Weimar Serie” is a collection of contemporary commissioned guitar works for the Anna Amalia guitar competition in Weimar. Thomas Krüger, born in 1986, has composed with his suite and fantasy “gestolpert, gestürzt” (“stumbled, fell”) a great modern piece. It is full of surprises and shows the many possibilities of the guitar. The composition was commissioned by the Weimar Guitar Society on the occasion of the Anna Amalia Guitar Competition 2013.
