Description
This was very popular from the mid-19th through the early 20th century and served in competition with “Hail, Columbia,” as the United States unofficial National Anthem. It is a well arranged March with a brilliant sound and playable by a middle school band. The 1st trumpet’s highest note is E. The 1st and 2nd clarinets cross the break. The 3rd clarinets do not.
