Vienna Urtext continues their Urtext Primo series with Volume 6, presenting works by two well-known composers along with a selection from a third, perhaps lesser-known composer. Certainly, Clementi and Czerny should be familiar to any student of classical piano literature, but their contemporary Johann Baptist Cramer may be a new discovery. A solid selection of exemplary pieces will cover two years of study and all differ in musical and technical difficulty. Each Urtext Primo series volume is published in two versions: German and English text, or French and Spanish text.
