Description
Boundless features a soaring theme, uplifting harmonies, and simple rhythms. Limited part independence will help developing students gain confidence playing in 3/4 time. With a spirited, yet playable tempo, the piece reinforces note-reading in the key of G while avoiding low-two finger patterns. Dramatic dynamic contrasts are important to the spirit of the piece, and sections with the melody should play out. Each section of the orchestra gets a chance to play the sweeping theme which celebrates the boundless potential of each young musician.
