Paul Phoenix’s Choral Workshop Collection is the first in a series of Edition Peters choral compilations selected by choral clinicians, primarily to support their programme of choral workshops. This edition focuses on performance practice, bringing together a variety of styles, languages and challenges in order to display the unique principles developed by Paul Phoenix as a world-renowned performance coach.
Paul Phoenix has extensive knowledge and experience of how vocal ensembles can unlock their best possible performance and engage with their audience. After seventeen years as tenor with The King’s Singers, Paul founded PurpleVocals, concentrating on educating, mentoring, lecturing, speaking and coaching. He offers new perspectives and advice on the career development of young and developing voices, as well as coaching choirs, ensembles and their conductors across the USA, Europe and Asia.
