The present edition follows the version published by Roger in Amsterdam in 1715 under the title: XII SUONATE A FLAUTO SOLO Con il suo Basso Continuo per Violincello ò cembalo, DI BENEDETTO MARCELLO NOBILE VENETO, Dilettante di Contrapunto, e Accademia Filharmonico, et Arcade OPERA SECONDA A AMSTERDAM Chez Estienne Roger Marchand Libraie No. 368.
