Description

FANFARE, SONG AND FUGUE was composed to provide a contemporary work for bands with limited facility.  In effect, this is a young band composition that retains the characteristics of Jack Stamp’s music, but with limitations on technical demands.  In addition, the work was written to present the concepts of polychords, quartal harmony, fugue, simultaneous recapitulations and cyclicism to the young band member.
