Using both French and English, the composer has created a piece for the “Mosaik” choral festival with the message that every “tile” contributes equally when building a mosaic and each every voice contributes to building a choir and a community. With an IPA pronunciation guide provided, this a cappella setting can be sung by choirs large and small, whether or not they have experience in the French language.
