Description
The “Octet for eight flutes” addresses advanced learners and amateurs as well as students. A conductor is not obligatory, the piece can also be directed by an experienced musician acting as a principal. The composition’s tonal language follows a slightly expanded tonality. The second movement is basically characterized by its changing rhythms and meters. Practice has shown that the work can be studied with average amount of work and gives the performers plenty of pleasure while playing it.
