Here is an arrangement of a very important Yiddish folk song that was almost lost during the Holocaust. Marko Rothmuller makes a very “classical” arrangement using dissonance and vocal counterpoint. Musically and textually we describe the Hasidic rabbi dancing in an ecstatic manner.
