It features flexible instrumentation, ad lib solo space for all, and a groove that shifts to a 12/8 African feel on the bridge. Part 1: Flute, oboe, violin, guitar (C) / alto sax (E-flat) / trumpet, clarinet, soprano sax, tenor sax (B-flat). Part 2: alto sax (E-flat) / trumpet, clarinet, tenor sax (B-flat).
