Description

Subtitled “Of the Father’s love begotten,” this setting of the 13th century plainsong, “Divinum Mysterium,” was conceived as an antiphonal composition for SATB choir, children’s choir, youth choir (treble voices), 3-octave handbells, brass quartet, and organ. A work that will enable all forces of a school, church or college to celebrate Christmas with joy, majesty and sheer stereophonic sound, it was written for and first performed by the choirs of the United Methodist Church of Westwood, New Jersey, to whom it is dedicated with love and gratitude.
