Description
Commissioned in 2010 by the Oklahomas Music Teacher’s Association for the Los Angeles New Music Ensemble, Pablo/Saul features all six of the players in a atomospheric interplay of solos and sounds. Each instrumentalist takes turns jumping from their main instrument to percussion at various points throughout the one movement work. The cello and bass clarinet each get moody solos.
