Description
Composed in 1968, one year before Rhodes joined the Juilliard String Quartet, the Quintet was featured several times during Rhodes’ last year with the JSQ, including his final performance with the group. The three-movement work has also been performed by the Blair and Pro Arte Quartets, with select movements by the Galimir and Composers Quartets.
