Description
The decision to use the name ZOOM was based on a relatively soft passage in the middle of the piece: in this pasage, a melodic structure gets more and more “compressed” until the melodic characteristics are gradually leveled out; at last, differences can only be perceived in the microtonal domain. Right from the start, ZOOM was designed so that various versions are possible. In addition to the version for solo flute presented here, there is also a version for flute with guitar, and one for flute with piano
